Gordon Faller founded the agency in 1948. As an active member of the business community, he held the following positions:

Board member of the North Business & Industrial Council (since 1984)

Past president and board member of the Niles Chamber of Commerce (since 1956)

Chairman of the Board at Martha Washington Hospital

Earned recognition as a Certified Insurance Counselor in 1981.
In 2007, Gordon was presented with the Niles Chamber Living Legends Award honoring him for his past contributions to the organization.
Gordon, now retired, over the years has enjoyed activities such as bike riding, golf, racquetball, swimming, scuba diving, singing and bridge.

Stephen Faller, with the encouragement of his father, Gordon Faller, started working at the agency in his early teens and was licensed by the State of Illinois at the age of 18. Steve started working full time at the agency in 1982. He keeps current with insurance industry practices and regulations by continuously attending insurance courses and seminars. Steve is licensed to sell all lines of insurance products, and like his father, is an active member of the Niles Chamber.
Steve enjoys spending time with his family and likes many outdoor activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, fishing and camping.

Maggie Nessim joined the agency in 2001 bringing to the agency 25 years experience as an agent. She is fully licensed by the State of Illinois to sell all lines of insurance products. Maggie keeps current with insurance trends and practices. Maggie welcomes challenges which enable her to grow professionally.
Maggie is married, with one child. She is active in local community organizations, and is a School Board Member of her local school district. Maggie enjoys being with her family, traveling, gardening, and dabbles in website design. (Yes, she put this website together!)
