The proposed legislation to Repeal and Replace the Affordable Care Act has been withdrawn from the House of Representatives. It did not have enough votes to pass.  At this time, there is no new legislation that's been put forth by the White House or Congress. The Affordable Care Act remains the law governing health care.  We will post updates as we hear of any new legislation.

At this time, there are no changes to insurance plans or subsidies.
