Repeal and Replace Plan Repealed

The proposed legislation to Repeal and Replace the Affordable Care Act has been withdrawn from the House of Representatives. It did not have enough votes to pass.  At this time, there is no new legislation that’s been put forth by the White House or Congress. The Affordable Care Act remains the law governing health care.  We will post updates as we hear of any new legislation.

At this time, there are no changes to insurance plans or subsidies.

There have been many good, bad and ugly things that came out of the Affordable Care Act. It’s not a perfect piece of legislation, but it can be fixed.  Now is the time to let your federal representatives know how your insurance plan has impacted you, good and bad.  It’s important that they hear real stories from real people.
