What’s new at Faller?
If you’ve recently called us, you probably notice we have a new phone system. While our old system was adequate, we found it necessary to have a system that provided more flexibility and options.
The system will ask for an extension, but you can always enter 0 or even nothing to be connected. To reach us directly, here are our extensions:
Here are some phone tree tips:
- If you don’t enter anything, the system will transfer you to the next available agent. You will hear music while it’s trying to connect your call.
- If no one is available within 1 minute, you will be able to leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we are available.
- If you get lost in the menu of options, press 0 to take you back a level.
- Press 0 several times to go back to the main menu.
- Press # to bypass the greeting to leave a message.
If you ever have any problems, or if the system disconnects you, please let us know so we can fix it.
